Vinyeard Chopped Salad

There is nothing like a late summer afternoon spent at the vineyard. The best wine tastings often offer some kind of tapas menu, perfectly paired morsels to savor over wine flights and vine gazing. This salad was inspired by a tapas plate once enjoyed on an afternoon just like this, for homebound days that drum up memories from a lovely winery.

Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, white wine vinegar, and salt.
  2. In large serving bowl, gently toss remaining ingredients together. Just before serving, add about three-quarters of the dressing, reserving the rest for those would like additional on the side.
